We do not have a minimum item requirement for embroidery, but we do have a $15 minimum job charge. Our specialty lies in providing quick turnaround times and custom embroidery for small businesses, personal items, and gifts. No job is too small!

Most embroidery jobs incur a setup and digitizing fee. Digitizing is the process of converting artwork into a stitch file that embroidery machines can read. Our flat-rate, one-time fee for digitizing is $25 per logo.

In certain cases, a digitizing fee may not apply if you use a stock design, font, or provide an existing stitch file (DST, PST, or EMB formats are acceptable).

We also accept customer-supplied items. While we take great care in handling personal items, please note that there is always a risk of damage during embroidery. We strive to resolve any issues that arise, but reserve the right to refuse items that cannot be replaced or are of high value.
